The film debut of John Cusack, Andrew McCarthy and Rob Lowe. This alone, makes the movie endurable. It's the story of a private school student who finds love with a sexy older woman. The bad part of this is the sexy woman turns out to be his roommates mother!

This movie has got to be a prototype for the typical teen sex comedy of the Eighties. The plot itself, is actually horrid. It's contrived, boring and borders on melodrama. Cusack does stand out from the others in his ability to make his character more interesting--a precursor of what's to come.
