Money for Nothing

This film is based on the Joey Coyle story. Joey Coyle was a Philadelphia dock worker who found two unattended sacks of money that contained 1.2 million dollars. He kept it and become an instant hero among the blue collar folk.

Cusack plays Coyle and remains true to the character. He is appropriate and believable as the meek Coyle who's personality gets more and more manic as the dilemma of what to do with the money escalates details of his life that were once seamless. His performance gains momentum and is turbo-charged. By the time the Insanity verdict is decided, the audience is very much in agreement. He nails this role.

Starring alongside Cusack are Debi Mazar, Michael Madsen, Benicio Del Toro and Maury Chaykin.
